Asian Beef

Today we celebrated Father’s Day and all of us under one roof. Our oldest is usually not here so it made it extra special. I asked my husband what he wanted to celebrate Father’s Day and he requested this new recipe that I’ve pulled together and put over sticky rice. It is so delicious and it’s something you’ll want again and again once you make it. Ingredients: 1/2 cup Soy Sauce 4 teaspoon minced garlic 1/4 cup Mirin  1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tablespoon of Rice Wine Vinegar 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar 1/2 cup of Honey 1 cup of Beef Stock 1 knob of Ginger ~ 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger, peeled and zested 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper Later:  2 Tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 cup water Shake together in an airtight container and set aside.
