Cowboy Beans
Cowboy Beans
These were introduced to us by my mom. Like, as a main course. I don’t think anyone should eat that many beans! LOL! Beans do things to people. Especially when they are good. I served my Cowboy beans with some Beano! 🤪
Get yourself a Dutch oven or a pan that has an oven safe lid. Cook the meat and veggies in it but drain the fat out. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cover it and place it in the oven. Add the bacon at the end. Stir in the bacon or leave on top to make it look AMAZING!
