Greek Dip

This is such a colorful and perfect appetizer to bring to a gathering. It screams healthy with all the piled veggies but has so much flavor. If you don’t love one of the veggies then just leave it off. It’s that easy.

 

Greek Dip

  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 10 oz. plain hummus
  • 1 diced cucumber(peeled)
  • cherub tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 3 diced green onion
  • Pita Chips or Pita Bread
 
 
 Instructions:
 

  • Beat cream cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic until smooth.
  • Spread in a serving plate
  • Spread humus over cream cheese mixture
  • Top with chopped cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese and green onion
  • Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 24 hours
  • Serve with pita bread or pita chip

 

TIP: Last time I made this, I doubled the cream cheese mixture and the hummus
