Greek Dip
This is such a colorful and perfect appetizer to bring to a gathering. It screams healthy with all the piled veggies but has so much flavor. If you don’t love one of the veggies then just leave it off. It’s that easy.
Greek Dip
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 10 oz. plain hummus
- 1 diced cucumber(peeled)
- cherub tomatoes (quartered)
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 3 diced green onion
- Pita Chips or Pita Bread
Instructions:
- Beat cream cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic until smooth.
- Spread in a serving plate
- Spread humus over cream cheese mixture
- Top with chopped cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese and green onion
- Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 24 hours
- Serve with pita bread or pita chip
TIP: Last time I made this, I doubled the cream cheese mixture and the hummus
