Corn Dip
Ready for a crowd pleaser? Make this deliciousness! It’s super simple and super delish! I don’t even mix up the ingredients- I just toss it in the pan and put it in the oven. I mix it together when it’s hot and melty!
Smoked Corn Dip
- 3 bricks of cream cheese
- 1/2 pound bag of frozen corn
- 1 T garlic
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 16 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
- Cilantro
- Tajin Seasoning
- Lime
Tip: I don’t smoke mine. I don’t have a smoker.
I make mine in a cast iron skillet in the oven.

Before I bake it |
Place all ingredients in a pan, skillet or baking dish and cook uncovered for 30-45 minutes at 350℉
Mix and serve hot with tortilla chips!
