Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

My favorite cookie of all time. I don’t like chocolate. Okay, I don’t LOVE chocolate, I like some chocolate and this is the kind of chocolate I like. It has a lot of peanut buttery yummy and sugary cookie with a little kiss of chocolate on top! I tolerate the chocolate 😆. I am the girl who would eat a snickers bar and peel the chocolate off and eat the yummy carmely, nougaty middle! Yum!

The cookies are so delicious and fun to make. They can be fun to make with kids too if you have more patience than I do. I will have to show you my video of making cookies with the boys from years ago. I don’t think I have the gift of sharing my kitchen with the kids 😵‍💫. But the kids can be brought in for the hard labor of rolling the cookies dough into balls. 🤷‍♀️ Or rolling them in the sugar after the ball making 🤷‍♀️ Just some ideas that I myself probably wouldn’t even listen to.

Here we go:

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 1 c butter, melted
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 T Milk
  • 2 t Vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c flour
  • Bowl of white Sugar
  • 1 bag of Hershey Kisses
Mix peanut butter, sugars and melted butter together, add eggs, add milk add vanilla and then add the flour a little at a time.

This nifty gadget that I’m measuring the peanut butter with is linked HERE

Make into 1.5 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place on parchment paper and baking sheet.

Tip: I have a scoop I use that makes the cookies all the same size.

Bake at 375℉ for 8-10 minutes (don’t over cook these suckers) take out of oven and place a kiss in the middle of each cookie. Cookie will crack (that’s good) and then return to oven for only 1 minute. Let set for a minute on cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack or wax paper.

Try to only eat one. Just try. 😁

You can always cut this recipe in half if you want less but who would do that? 🤦‍♀️
